My item arrived damaged or defective, what do I do?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or defective. We work tirelessly to ensure top quality, but understand things can happen. Send us an email if you receive any product with damages.

What is the processing time?

Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 days of when you place your order and delivered by USPS within 5 days via first-class mail. If you choose priority shipping, your order be delivered to you within 3 days.
